Enrolment into the Intermediate program is decided by MAG, which means all gymnasts new to MAG would enrol into our Foundation programme – unless they are from another club squad (training more than 4 hours per week)
Gymnasts will have the opportunity to learn progressive skills, such as, round off, rolls to handstand, flick preps, Handspring preps, Vault preps and so on. Conditioning, strength, and flexibility are included as they are an integral part of gymnastics and the safe progression of skills.
